Tuition at Coalesce Center for Dance Artistry is charged per student. Multi-student discount/class information below.
Registration
Priority Registration: July 19, 2023 (12am) until July 27, 2023 (11:59pm).
Open to families who danced with us for the entirety of the 2022-2023 Season
Open Registration: July 29, 2023 (12am) until September. Open to all new families joining us for our 2023-2024 Season
Classes are first come, first serve. We cannot hold your space in a class or register for you. Please register early as many classes will fill.
Tuition
10 Monthly Tuition Payments
Monthly payments are charged after registration to secure your spot in each class, on 10/1/2023, 11/1/2023, 12/1/2023, 1/1/2024, 2/1/2024, 3/1/2024, 4/1/2024, 5/1/2024, & 6/1/2024. These payments are non refundable, non transferable, and are not eligible for credit toward other classes.
Monthly Auto-Pay
All families are required to keep a current credit card or debit card on file through the online portal.
Monthly Cash/Check Payments
Checks must be made out to Coalesce LLC and cash must be placed in a clearly labeled envelope. All cash/check payments should be brought to Coalesce by the first of the month. Families are responsible for indicating via email that they want to pay by cash/check There will be a $45 charge for all returned checks. If your payment is not received by the 1st day of each month, you will be charged a $25 late fee. Our secure dropbox can be utilized 24/7 and is located outside the lobby entrance.
Cancelation Policy
In the event that a dancer cannot complete the season, you must email us before the 1st of the month to end auto-payments, otherwise you will be charged that month's tuition.
Registration fee
A $40 Registration Fee will be applied to all accounts upon registration for the 2023-2024 Season.
When will my first payment process?
After we make sure that your class choices are appropriate, we will charge your card on file for your family's $40 registration fee and your first month's tuition. If you prefer to pay by cash/check, please drop off or mail your tuition fee and registration fee to the studio within 2 weeks of registration to avoid being dropped from your classes.
Drop-Ins
45 Minute & 1 Hour Classes: $20
1.25 & 1.5 Hour Classes: $30
(Allowed only for classes not at capacity.)
NOTE: Tuition remains the same each month regardless of the number of class days on the calendar.
We do not prorate, transfer, refund, or provide discounts for any missed classes or seasonal breaks. At this time, makeups are not permitted due to limited class capacity.
Multi-Student Discount
Families with more than one dancer enrolled at Coalesce Center for Dance Artistry will receive a 15% discount off of additional students from the same household. The student with the most amount of hours will be charged the rates above. Additional students (excluding those participating in sessions) will receive 15% off their total tuition.
2023-2024 Costume Fees
$50 Deposit
A non-refundable and non-transferable $50 deposit is required for each costume that a student needs for the June Showcase. Each class during the week will perform in the showcase. If a student is registered for three classes, a $150 ($50x3) cash/check deposit is due.
Cash/ Check Only: Due November 1, 2023
A costume cannot be ordered for your child unless a deposit has been made to Coalesce by 11/1/23. After this date, we cannot guarantee your child a costume. A $10 shipping fee will be applied to your online account for late costume payments.
Venmo and Credit Cards not accepted for costume payments.
$30 Balance
A $30 balance is required for each class a student participates in. If a student is registered for three classes, a $105 ($35x3) balance is due by January 1, 2024.
Cash/ Check Only: Due January 1, 2024
Late payments will incur a $10 fee and costumes will not be released to dancers until balances have been paid.
