Party Perks
-Use of the entire lobby and at least one studio
-90 minute private party with private instructor
(45 minutes of dance, 45 minutes for cake, presents, and an activity)
-Up to 9 guests (no cost for the guest of honor)

What to Expect
Ready to Book?
When? Parties can be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday Afternoons when the studio is available.
How? Celebrations require a booking at least 30 days in advance of the party. Fill out the inquiry form below to get started.
Fee? Parties at Coalesce start at $280 and can be extended for an additional cost of $75/30 minutes. Cash/Check payment is due two weeks prior to the celebration. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Making it special
1 week prior
-Drop off napkins, plates, utensils, table cloths, special candles, additional decorations, etc. that you would like at the party!

-Don't forget the cake, food (pizza, snacks, etc.), drinks, and any other items you would like to bring! Family will be allowed into the studio 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up any additional items and prepare for guests to arrive.
