DRESS CODE
Abiding by the dress code is imperative for the safety of our dancers.
There are no exceptions to the dress code and failing to abide to the dress code will result in one warning before parents are contacted. Necklaces, bracelets, hoop earrings larger than .5", tulle tutus, crowns, plastic headbands, ripped tights, and street shoes are not permitted in the studio. Warmups may be worn- teachers will ask warm ups to be removed at their discretion.
**If you have a stacked class with ballet, you may wear pink tights to your other classes for that evening.**
Crop tops and sports bras may not be work for weeknight classes. All dancers are expected to follow the dress code and be dressed appropriately for all classes. Your teachers thank you for your cooperation.

Creative Rhythm
Dress Code: Solid Pink Leotard, Solid Pink Skirt, Pink Tights, Pink Leather Ballet Shoes, pull back all hair
Combo 1

Tap (Levels 3 - Adult)
Dress Code: Full sole black lace up tap shoes. Please email us for suggestions on high quality shoes if interested. Comfortable athletic clothing is welcome, but NO baggy long pants, as instructors need to see how the dancers are using their legs/ankles/feet. All hair must be pulled back
Ballet (see levels)
Levels 3, 4, 5 Dress Code: Black Leotard, any color skirt (optional), pink footed tights, pink ballet shoes, pull back hair into TIGHT BUN.
Levels 6 & 7 Dress Code: Any color Leotard, any color skirt (optional), Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Shoes, pull back hair into TIGHT BUN.
Adult Ballet: Any comfortable athletic clothing, ballet shoes, & hair pulled back.
Pre-Pointe & Pointe
Dress Code: Any color leotard, any color skirt (optional), Pink Tights, Ballet and/or Pointe Shoes, pull back hair into TIGHT BUN. ALL pointe shoes must be approved by MIss Cara before sewing elastics/ ribbons.
Jazz (see levels)
Levels 3, 4, 5: Any color leotard, fitted shorts (optional,) tights, skin tone jazz shoes, pull back all hair.
Level 6: Any color leotard, fitted shorts (optional,) tights, NO shoes, pull back all hair.
Lyrical (see levels)
Levels 3-5: Any color leotard, fitted shorts, tights, skin tone pirouettes, pull back all hair.
Level 6: Any color leotard, fitted shorts, tights, NO shoes, pull back all hair.
Contemporary 3-6
Dress Code: Any color leotard with pants. NO bare legs, NO shorts, and NO shoes, & pull back all hair. Additional accepted clothing options maybe given in class.
Hip Hop & KinderHop
Levels KinderHop & Level 3 classes: Any loose comfortable athletic clothing, black sneakers (can have white accents) for class use ONLY. All hair pulled back. NO street shoes allowed.
Hip Hop 4, Hip Hop 6: Any loose comfortable athletic clothing. We recommend the NIKE low top sneakers (black and white) similar to this look. NO street shoes allowed.
