Season 2020-2021 Tuition & Fees

As of July 17, 2021, Tuition will no longer be charged by hours per family, but by student. Multi-student discount information below.

Registration Fee

All families, new and returning, are charged an annual fee of $35 upon enrollment. This fee is per family, not per dancer. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 


10 Monthly Tuition Payments

Monthly payments are due and will be charged on 9/10/2021 (or at the time of registration), 10/1/2021, 11/1/2021, 12/1/2021, 1/1/2022, 2/1/2022, 3/1/2022, 4/1/2022, & 5/1/2022, & 6/1/2022.


Monthly Auto-Pay

All families are required to keep a card on file through the online portal. Tuition can be charged to a debit or credit card. 


Monthly Cash/Check Payments

Checks should be made out to Coalesce LLC and cash should be placed in a clearly labeled envelope. You are responsible for informing the office via email that you prefer to pay by cash/check. There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks. If your payment is not received by the 2nd day of each month, the card on file will be charged along with a $5 late fee. Our secure dropbox can be utilized 24/7 outside the lobby entrance.

Quarterly and Annual Payment Options

Quarterly and annual payment options are unavailable this season.

Drop-In Rate

All 45 minute and 1 hour classes are $20. All 1.5 hour drop-ins are $25. All drop-in students must be registered through the online portal prior to class.

NOTE: Tuition remains the same each month regardless of the number of class days on the calendar. 
We do not prorate, transfer, refund, or provide discounts for any missed classes or seasonal breaks. At this time, makeups are not permitted due to limited class capacity. Students who wish to withdraw from any class must do so in writing via email by the 1st of the month.

Multi-Student Discount

Families with more than one dancer enrolled at Coalesce Center for Dance Artistry will receive a 20% discount off of additional students from the same household. The student with the most amount of hours will be charged the rates above. Additional students (excluding those participating in sessions) will receive 20% off their total tuition.

2021 Costume Fees

$40 Deposit

A non-refundable and non-transferable $40 deposit is required for each class a student participates in. If the student is registered for three classes, a $120 ($40x3) deposit is due.


Cash/ Check Only: DUE DECEMBER 1, 2021

A costume cannot be ordered for your child unless a deposit has been made to Coalesce by 12/1/21. After this date, we cannot guarantee your child a costume. You may be responsible for a shipping fee if payment is late.

Venmo and Credit Cards not accepted.

$30 Balance

A $30 balance is required for each class a student participates in. If the student is registered for three classes, a $90 ($30x3) balance is due.

Cash/ Check Only: DUE February 1, 2022

Costumes will not be released to the family until all balances have been paid.
